On behalf of the entire Southern Soccer Academy, I would like to
welcome all returning and new members to our fall 2014 recreational
season. With record breaking registration numbers, we are very excited
for our upcoming season to begin and for so many youth players to have
the opportunity to play soccer this season. We will be working hard to
provide all players, coaches, and parents a positive experience. 

 

Recreational soccer provides players of any ability and skill the opportunity to have 
fun, develop, and learn about the game of soccer. At SSA, players
are immersed in an environment that promotes their development of three key areas: 

 

1) Soccer-Specific Skills - development of physical, technical, psychological, and tactical components of the game

2) Life Skills and Core Values - learn to interact with other children and peers, solve problems, make decisions, and demonstrate respect, 
responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship, and leadership

3) Health and Fitness - be active in a safe and fun environment.
